We Often Lose In Our Struggles Because We Have Quit Trying

We are in a world where people try hard to achieve. Most of the time they are defeated because they give up too quickly. “be thou faithful unto death and I will give thee the crown of life.”

Many a man has given up the race just before he reached the finish line. You don’t have to be what you are. You can be different if you want to. To want is to desire and lust, but the Bible says, “be content with such things as you have.”

You have your life and you have to do something with your life. Have you ever bowed your head and thanked God that you have your life in this world? Where could you get life except by God giving it to you?

One of the things that drive people up the wall is that they are forever wanting to be like somebody else. But human beings are like snowflakes – no two are alike. God wants an individual, just like you, who is willing to give your life to Him and to walk in the light of His word and to serve Him every day. So be content with such things as you have.
