I saw in your June 2017 issue (page 9, http://www.movinout.com/magazine/industry-news-bri...) that speed limiters might control truck speeds in the future.

That’s a good idea, since many driving situations are made more dangerous at high speed. And fuel efficiency peaks at about 60 mph for cargo trucks. To reduce problems of speed differential, cars should have speed limiters, also. I understand that most rental cars already use them.
