Danny Herman Trucking invites drivers of all faiths and beliefs to come to work at their company.  If you like long haul, this is the place for you.  The company specializes in single source and time sensitive, just in time freight with service throughout the USA and Mexico, utilizing a significant amount of driver teams.  The average length of haul at Danny Herman Trucking is 1,450 miles.  Lanes go to points in the Southeast (except Florida), Texas, Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Nevada.  It is all dry freight and drivers are loaded both ways.  There is tons of freight for teams and solos, most of which is time sensitive.

Danny Herman Trucking is hiring company driver teams, solos, trainers, and trainees, as well as leasing owner-operator teams and solos.  COO Blake Grindstaff stated, “We have launched a new pay package for our drivers and try not to create confusion in our compensation system.  The pay is the same mileage rate on all lanes, with additional pay for experienced drivers, and includes quarterly and yearly safety bonuses.”  The company treats and pays drivers well as they have about half the driver turnover as most long haul carriers.

Danny Herman Trucking was founded in 1964 by Danny Herman with a single truck.  Danny Herman was always focused on faith and family and living by the Golden Rule.
